Incredible 16-day trip summary through Peru, Bolivia, and Chile. We begin in Lima and fly to the imperial city of Cusco with its main attraction, Machu Picchu. We also visit one of the most breathtaking natural wonders, Rainbow Mountain, Lake Titicaca, and Uyuni. A guide and tourist transportation are provided throughout your trip.

📌Day 1: Arrival in Lima✈️
Departure from your home airport for your flight to Lima, Peru. Our local team will be waiting to welcome you at the airport. Transfer to your hotel.
📌Day 2: Lima - Cusco
Early this morning, we'll visit the Love Park in Miraflores, San Isidro, and the historic center. Afterward, we'll take our flight to Cusco. After checking into our hotel, you'll have free time to explore the imperial city of Cusco.

📌Day 3: Cusco - City Tour
Today, we'll take a city tour, visiting the Cathedral, the Plaza Mayor (Plaza de Armas), Coricancha (where the colonial church was built on top of an Inca temple), the famous Twelve-Angled Stone, and nearby ruins such as Sacsayhuaman.

📌Day 4: Cusco - Sacred Valley - Aguas Calientes
We will begin our excursion to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, where we will have the opportunity to explore the typical Inca-era terracing and towns such as Pisac and its colorful Indian market, Calca, Yucay, and Urubamba. Lunch. In the afternoon, we will visit Ollantaytambo, a vast Inca complex with administrative, agricultural, and religious functions. Here you can see impressive rock walls, temples, and palaces. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight in the Sacred Valley.

📌Day 5: Sacred Valley - Machu Picchu - Aguas Calientes - Cusco
Travel to the town of Aguas Calientes, located at the foot of Machu Picchu, discovered in 1911 by the American explorer Hiram Bingham. Arrival. Upon arriving in Aguas Calientes, we will ascend to the "Lost City of the Incas and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World" on a 25-minute bus ride along a winding road up the mountainside. We will explore the ruins for approximately three hours. Our guide will explain the astonishing level of technology achieved by the builders of this incredible structure and their precise construction of solid stone, the water supply channels that reveal profound knowledge of hydraulics, the staircases carved into the living rock of the mountain, and the Intihuatana, "the highest point of the Sun," which served as a solar calendar regulating planting and harvesting. These are tangible and concrete expressions of the Inca civilization's profound knowledge and technological advancement. All these structures, along with the Temple of the Sun, the Royal Tomb, the Priest's House, the Inca Baths, and the Temple of the Three Windows, allow us to travel back in time and, with the help of our guide, relive the lives of those truly remarkable builders. Return to Cusco by train.

📌Day 6 Cusco Rainbow Mountain Raqchi
Today we depart for Rainbow Mountain. During this journey, we can appreciate the scenery and stop along the way for breakfast. We will reach the end of the paved road and continue our journey to the Mountain of Seven Colors. Our transport takes us to an altitude of 4,700 meters above sea level. We will then hike up Vinicunca Mountain to over 5,000 meters above sea level. This day is special because we will be able to appreciate this wonder of nature. We will return to Raqchi, where the community members will be waiting to accommodate us in their homes in the village. Overnight stay in a local home.

📌Day 7 Raqchi - Llachon
Today, after a good rest, we'll have breakfast and then begin our visit to the spectacular Raqchi temple, built by the Inca Pachacutec and dedicated to the great Inca god Wiracocha. During the journey to Llachon, we'll pass through La Raya, the departmental border between Puno and Cusco, which offers spectacular views of the mountains reflected in its calm waters. We continue to the beautiful town of [unclear - possibly "Lake Titicaca"]. If time allows, we'll also visit the Pucará Archaeological Complex. We'll arrive in Llachon.

📌Day 8 Llachon - Lake Titicaca (Uros and Taquile Island) - Puno
Today we'll take a traditional boat to navigate the cold waters of Lake Titicaca (15-passenger boat). We'll appreciate wonderful views of the lake, known as "The highest navigable lake in the world." We will visit one of the floating islands (Uros) where the inhabitants still practice their traditional culture. 📌Day 9: Puno - Copacabana - La Paz
After breakfast, we will go to the bus terminal to take the tourist bus to La Paz, Bolivia. We will continue to the Bolivian border, say goodbye to Peru, and continue to La Paz. On the way, we will visit Copacabana (a charming region on the shores of Lake Titicaca, located at an altitude of 3,841 meters above sea level and 155 km from the city of La Paz). We will have dinner and spend the night in La Paz, preparing for the following morning's activities.

📌Day 10: La Paz - Valley of the Moon (Overnight Bus)
Tour to the Valley of the Moon, an impressive place with reddish rock formations. We will also go shopping at the Witches' Market. Optional bike tour to Coroico, a full-day trip from 4,700 meters to 1,300 meters above sea level (biking is safer).

📌Day 11: Salar de Uyuni – Tunupa Volcano - Jirira
In our 4x4 vehicles, we embark on a journey to one of the natural wonders of the world, the Salar de Uyuni. As if a painter's imagination had captured the landscape, shapes and colors blend together, creating a spectacular, surreal scenery. The feeling is so strong that it sometimes seems as if there is a mirror between the sky and the earth. This salt flat is the largest in the world, stretching 170 kilometers long and 130 kilometers wide, with a salt layer up to seven meters deep. In Colchani, on the northern side of the lake, we'll observe the salt extraction process, and our day will culminate with a view of the incredible Tunupa Volcano, 5,432 meters high, from the village of Jirira (we will not be climbing to the summit).

📌Day 12 Jirira - Fish Island – San Juan de Lipez
After breakfast, we'll visit the slopes of the Tunupa volcano in our 4x4 for a half-hour hike (we won't reach the summit). We'll visit a cave that houses the Tunupa mummy. We'll travel to the center of the salt flats, where we'll visit the famous Fish Island, called Inkawasi. This island is home to cacti up to 10 meters tall. The indigenous Aymara people of the area call it that because of its elongated shape, which resembles a fish, and during the rainy season, when the salt flats flood, this image becomes a reality. During the journey, we'll enjoy unforgettable panoramic views. We'll leave the island and continue our route to Villa Candelaria, where we'll spend the night. Accommodation.

📌Day 13 San Juan de Lipez - Laguna Colorada
We continue our journey appreciating the stunning panoramas of the Altiplano, such as the twisted, eroded formations of the Stone Forest, the active Ollagüe volcano, and a variety of lagoons where we will observe flamingos and other wildlife. We will spend the night near Laguna Colorada at 4,300 meters.

📌Day 14 Laguna Colorada - San Pedro de Atacama
Today we head to San Pedro de Atacama in Chile, visiting the "Sol de la Mañana" geysers at 5,000 meters, hot springs, and more lagoons, before reaching the Chilean border. We will arrive in San Pedro de Atacama, an oasis in the middle of the driest desert in the world, before lunchtime, where we can relax.

We will depart early to take a flight from Calama (100 kilometers away) to Santiago, Chile. From there, we will take our international flight back to our city of origin.
